Introducing our plan to plant trees.

Tree Planting is now recognised as one of the fastest ways of controlling or even reducing the rise in the earth’s temperature.

We’re determined that our contribution will be direct, active and meaningful. So instead of offsetting our carbon with 3rd party organisations we’re going to plant our own forest to offset our productions. Thus, we are determined that our involvement will be direct, transparent and meaningful.

Our goal starts here and with your support. Image Partnership has acquired 14 Hectares (34 Acres) of land in the foothills of Wales, we’ve planted over 10,000 trees to date. Over the next 10 years we aim to get to 30,000 +.

We will be creating a new forest.

Not only for the carbon capture; but for the wildlife that will have a safe and natural passage to travel freely across the length and breadth of the country.

75% of the planted stock will be Sessile Oak (Quercus Petreae) with 25% mixed Beech, Rowan, Hazel, Aspen, Crab Apple, Downy Birch, Silver Birch, Hawthorn, Wild Cherry.

Why Sessile Oak trees?

These are a native trees to the UK. As well as absorbing large quantities of CO2 and reducing soil erosion and flooding they provide a habitat for over 400 species (that’s 10 times more than any other tree.)

They provide shade to the live stock with our ever hotter and dryer summers. We have made a commitment that a % of Image Partnership’s profits every year will go towards planting these trees.
